Privacy policy

You acknowledge and agree that

Sonic Suisse SSD SA, Rue de la Gare 11, 1110 Morges, acts as controller for the processing of data to access the report and the invoice copy electronically;
the report(s) in question are health data and thus sensitive personal data;
the invoice copies may contain health information and thus sensitive personal data;
your laboratory is legally obliged to provide you with an invoice copy;
Sonic Suisse SSD SA provides your report(s) or invoice copy/copies electronically and that all data necessary for this purpose (in particular your name, your address, your date of birth, your e-mail address and telephone number as well as your health data) will be processed by Sonic Suisse SSD SA;
Sonic Suisse SSD SA sends you e-mails and/or text messages (in particular concerning the availability of new reports or invoice copies);
the data processing is based on your consent;
the doctor who prescribed the analysis will be informed that you receive a copy of the report(s);
cookies are used for the operation of the electronic transmission;
once the document has been opened or stored outside the platform, you alone are responsible for the data processing and that Sonic Suisse SSD SA excludes any liability;
when opening or downloading reports or invoice copies electronically available, a copy may be made on your electronic devices and that this copy may also be viewed without additional password protection;
Sonic Suisse SSD SA takes all reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data, but that your devices are beyond Sonic Suisse SSD SA’s control and that you are responsible for the security of your devices and the securing of your data.
Sonic Suisse SSD SA may amend or modify this privacy policy at any time.

Your rights

You hereby acknowledge that

you may submit any request about data protection to Sonic Suisse SSD SA’s data protection officer under dpo@sonicsuisse.ch;
you are entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for the electronic transmission of reports or invoice copies. If you do no longer wish to access your reports or invoice copies electronically, please write an email to dpo@sonicsuisse.ch;
you are entitled at any time to request the deletion of personal data processed by Sonic Suisse SSD SA, and that Sonic Suisse SSD SA will irreversibly delete such data, subject to a statutory data retention obligation;
you are entitled to request the restriction of data processing;
a restriction of data processing or deletion of data by Sonic Suisse SSD SA requested by you may result in you no longer being able to use the platform for the electronic transmission of results or invoice copies;
you have the right to request information as to whether and which data concerning you are being processed and to receive confirmation of this information;

Terms of use

You acknowledge and agree that

Sonic Suisse SSD SA makes your reports or invoice copies available by electronic means;
the results of a report do not constitute a diagnosis without medical interpretation and that the doctor must be consulted for a diagnosis;
the hyperlink to your report or invoice copy is valid for 20 days after which you cannot electronically access the report or the invoice copy anymore;
Sonic Suisse SSD SA may temporarily or permanently deactivate the service or cease its operation at any time without giving reasons and without prior notice;
Sonic Suisse SSD SA is not obliged to provide support, servicing or maintenance services;
Sonic Suisse SSD SA excludes any liability;
Sonic Suisse SSD SA may amend or modify these terms of use at any time;
Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Morges, Switzerland; Swiss law is applicable.
